Where is the AirCushion shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped out?

We aim to ensure that all orders leave our warehouse for shipment within 1-2 business days.

What are your shipping times?

We use Australia Post & local couriers to ship Australia wide. Shipping times are generally 1-4 days for metropolitan areas and up to 7 days for regional areas.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!
